- All payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record and authorized payment providers.
- Due to the digital and on-demand nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of product purchased (subscription plans vs. credit packs).
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
First-time subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial payment, provided that:
- The subscription is a first-time purchase of that plan; and
- The service has not been used or has only been minimally used (e.g., no or very limited credit consumption).
Renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or repeat purchases are not considered first-time purchases and are generally non-refundable.
2.2 After the Refund Window
- Once the 7-day refund window has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, or remaining subscription duration.
2.3 Cancellation vs. Refund
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only and does not automatically trigger a refund.
- Access to subscription features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
3. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)
3.1 No Refund Policy
- All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable due to their digital nature and immediate availability.
- If a payment or service-related issue occurs, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a non-monetary resolution such as credit adjustments or service compensation. Such resolution does not imply or guarantee a refund.
4. Payment Processing Fees
- Approved refunds may exclude non-refundable payment processing fees.
- These fees represent costs charged by payment processors and are not returned to us when a refund is issued.
- The non-refundable processing fee will be up to 5% of the original transaction amount.
- In certain cases (such as international payments), the total non-refundable fees may be slightly higher due to payment network or currency conversion costs.
5. Refund Method and Timing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
- We do not control the exact timing of when refunded funds appear in your account.
